This position will work with a high-energy, innovative area of the business to develop and execute plans across multiple aspects of data products and engineering.
The idóneo candidate for this role will operate easily in the middle ground between the business and technical aspects of an organization, understanding both yet having the ability to translate effectively across them.

Location: Lomas Atlas, Mexico City, MXWHAT YOU WILL DOWork across multiple teams around the globe to achieve business needs, including but not limited to Engineering deliverables, Data deliverables, Process innovation, Technology migrations, Privacy mandates, Project metrics and visualizationFacilitate the process of setting short- and middle-term plans, helping to visually connect those plans to longer-term strategic company goalsCoordinate across diverse functional teams for a given area of the business, ensuring stated deliverables are met within given constraints following an agile methodology (where applicable), while keeping all stakeholders informed of status and risk.Remove barriers impeding project progress, escalating issues as required.Serve as primary point of contact for all engineering activities for a given area of the businessProvide support for project management principles and process evolution across multiple teams to ensure success of shared goals,



including use of AI for automation and efficiencyHelp determine and then adhere to best practices established by the project management team, as well as the product and engineering organization as a wholeWHAT YOU WILL NEEDMaster's Degree or Bachelor's Degree and minimum 5 years of technical, hands-on experience preferredThorough understanding of project management principles (traditional and agile)Solid understanding of product management and SDLC activitiesAbility to independently manage multiple complex projects/initiatives in parallel in a rapidly changing environmentExcellent Excel and Powerpoint skillsAbility to work across different roles, teams, time zones, and communication stylesStrong risk management and conflict resolution skillsFamiliarity with Agile software development methodology coupled with Jira or similar sprint management softwareProficient English, with adaptive communication skills, both written and verbalWHAT WILL SET YOU APARTDemonstrated experience using AI tools such as Copilot, Rovo, ChatGPT, NotebookLM for enhancing business workflowsActive knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization toolsPrior exposure and understanding of the marketing ecosystem and tech stacks for the martech industryStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsStrong communication & consensus building skillsAmbition and drive to understand the unknown to put together the "big picture"Ability to quickly pivot based on market, client, or company needsSelf-directed and self-motivated with great attention to detailThorough understanding of the application of sound agile engineering principles (scrum,
