**INTRODUCTION and WHAT YOU WILL DO (Job Responsibilities)**
Responsibilities and Duties
- Keep updated all the company fiscal obligations.
- Process daily and monthly journal entries and accruals.
- Help on maintain a clean accounting and perform adjustments when needed.
- Must understand multi-currency accounting and the Fiscal implication.
Some liabilities are maintained in USD.
- Periodically review statutory vs. US GAAP reconciling differences for appropriateness.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Participate in the Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes.
- Perform monthly account analysis and reconciliations.
- Prepare adjusting journal entries as necessary to maintain accurate account balances.
- Evaluate opportunities for process improvement in compliance with SOX and Vontier (Parent Company) policies and work with the respective functional areas to drive these enhancements.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
- SAT and other local compliance.
**WHO YOU ARE (Qualifications)**
- 1+ years of experience.
- ERP experience: SAP and COMPAQ preferred.
- Microsoft Office experience is required including intermediate skills in Excel (including working with formulas such as VLOOKUP's and pivot tables).
- Strong communication skills both orally and in writing.
- Basic English.
- Song organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive,
