Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise System Support: Provide robust technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for vital enterprise systems,including MSSQL databases, SAP, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), Lotus Notes, SCADA, and EDI platforms.Software Development & Scripting: Develop, maintain, and debug internal tools, scripts, and applications utilizing Python and C#.
Operational Workload Management: Take over and effectively manage a designated portion of the current IT operational workload, ensuring smooth day-to-day business continuity.Issue Resolution: Investigate root causes of recurring problems and accelerate the closure of long‐outstanding IT tickets and system bottlenecks.System Optimization: Proactively monitor system health, implement performance tuning,



and improve overall system stability and incident response capabilities.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other IT staff, department heads, and end-users to understand system needs and deliver effective technical solutions.Experience & QualificationsWorking Experience : 3+ years in IT Field, software development is preferred.Technical Knowledge: Understanding of EDI processes and data integration is highly preferred.Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of resolving complex, long-standing IT and software issues.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
