From the moment they arrive at the airport until they board—or when they need assistance during unexpected situations—you will play a key role in making their experience smooth, positive, and memorable.What You'll Be DoingYour day-to-day responsibilities will include:Welcoming and assisting passengers with warmth and professionalism, addressing their needs and answering questions with clarity and patience.Managing check‐in by verifying reservations, issuing boarding passes, and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.Handling baggage—tagging, inspecting, and ensuring it reaches the destination.Guiding passengers during flight arrivals, helping them navigate the airport with ease.Stepping in during irregular operations (such as delays or cancellations) to provide support, solutions,
