This position is to work in the 2nd shift.
How You'll Help Us Connect The World
Responsible of all the activities related to medical support, diagnosing the employees with sickness or lesions, tracking and following the treatment.
Medical examinations practices to new employees and/or with seniority.
Responsible of the control on the medicines, close participation on promote disease preventions.
In charge of the medical equipment as well the nursing furniture.
Good relationship with the personnel, the company and the Social Security.
Close follow up in any work accident.
Education And Experience Required
Medical Degree (Valid professional degree and license)
1-2 years of experience in manufacturing environment.
Positive attitude, kind treatment with people.
Knowledge of the NOM applicable to health.
Experience in Manufacturing Industry.
Emergency care and first aid.
Knowledge of computer packages (Microsoft Office).
2nd shift availability.
Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct medical exam, periodic, and post-employment medical examinations.
Respond to workplace accidents and medical emergencies within the plant.
Coordinate health, vaccination,



and prevention campaigns.
Monitor medical leaves and injuries labor.
Participate in industrial safety and ergonomics programs.
Medical consultations.
This position / function must be responsible for understanding and following the requirements of the Safety, Health and Environment administration system, its Policy, the standards and procedures applicable to its position.
Skills
Knowledge in NOM 34, NOM 35, NOM 11, NOM 19, NOM 24, NOM 25, NOM 30, NOM 36.
Material Handling and Hazardous Waste.
Evacuation drill.
Accident management.
Teamwork.
Effective communication with operational and administrative staff.
Ability to make decisions under pressure.
Professional ethics and medical confidentiality.
You Will Excite Us If You
Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety.
Handling disability claims and IMSS forms (ST-7 and ST-9).
Preparation of medical records and reports.
English- Intermediate.
