A manufacturing business is seeking an HR Business Partner (Manager Level) to oversee end-to-end HR operations and manage employee relations.
The adecuado candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or Human Resource Management, along with 6 to 7 years of managerial experience.
Knowledge of ISO, HACCP, and GMP certifications is beneficial.
This role offers a salary range of Php70,000-Php90,000.
