MissionSpanish: Liderar las actividades de seguridad y gestión de crisis en el sitio de Airbus Helicopters en Querétaro, fortaleciendo los fundamentos de seguridad, mitigando riesgos y garantizando un entorno seguro para el personal y los activos tangibles e intangibles.
Asimismo, optimizar la organización ante crisis de acuerdo con las metodologías globales de Airbus, implementar un proceso robusto para la seguridad de viajes y actuar como suplente de la Dirección de Seguridad y Gestión de Crisis de México cuando sea necesario.English: Lead all security and crisis management activities for the Airbus Helicopters site in Querétaro, strengthening security fundamentals, mitigating risks, and ensuring a secure environment for personnel as well as tangible and intangible assets.
Furthermore, optimize the crisis response organization in accordance with Airbus integral methodologies, implement a robust travel security process, and act as a deputy for the Head of Security & Crisis Management Mexico when required.
Responsibilities
Spanish: Desarrollar y diseñar un Plan de Seguridad de las Instalaciones que defina los estándares requeridos para la gestión de la seguridad, con el fin de proteger la integridad, el personal, los productos y los activos de Airbus, incluida la información.
Spanish: Identificar las amenazas y riesgos específicos de los sitios e implementar los controles adecuados para abordar las vulnerabilidades.
Spanish: Garantizar el cumplimiento de las leyes y regulaciones nacionales, locales y estatales, y adaptar el Plan de Seguridad en consecuencia.
Spanish: Desarrollar relaciones con partes interesadas internas y externas, y actuar como el punto de contacto a nivel local para las fuerzas del orden y las autoridades locales en asuntos relacionados con la seguridad.
Spanish: Asegurar que todos los incidentes de seguridad sean registrados y reportados al Director de Seguridad y Gestión de Crisis de México y a cualquier otra autoridad competente; así como investigados cuando se considere necesario.
Spanish: Brindar supervisión operativa diaria de la seguridad y transmitir información y directrices a los Gerentes de Operaciones de Seguridad y a los proveedores de servicios, según sea necesario.
Spanish: Consolidar los KPIs relevantes del personal de seguridad.
Spanish: Proporcionar apoyo y recursos para las actividades de cumplimiento gestionadas por Airbus, tales como auditorías y autoevaluaciones.
Spanish: Supervisar la contratación de proveedores de servicios de seguridad.
Spanish: Garantizar el despliegue de campañas de concientización sobre seguridad; participar activamente en el desarrollo y fomento de la cultura de seguridad en colaboración con Airbus.
Spanish: Seguridad en Viajes – Preparar al personal para sus viajes mediante capacitación y educación efectivas.
Spanish: Comunicar los factores de riesgo al viajero antes y durante el viaje utilizando el diálogo directo así como herramientas tecnológicas.
Spanish: Evaluar, caso por caso, los viajes previstos a destinos clasificados con riesgo Alto y Extremo.
Spanish:



Diseñar/adaptar el Protocolo de Seguridad en Viajes para todos los traslados a destinos de riesgo Alto y Extremo, según lo dicte la situación de seguridad.
Spanish: Garantizar, en la medida de lo posible, la calidad de los datos en:
Datos de contacto registrados en el perfil del viajero (correo electrónico y teléfono).
Finalización de las capacitaciones obligatorias de seguridad en viajes.
Activación de la aplicación de asistencia.
Spanish: Dar seguimiento al progreso del proceso de aprobación para viajes a destinos de riesgo Alto y Extremo.
Spanish: Monitorear proactivamente las condiciones locales y proporcionar actualizaciones oportunas a los viajeros según corresponda.
Spanish: Coordinar la gestión de incidentes de seguridad que involucren a los viajeros.
Spanish: Registrar y reportar todos los incidentes de seguridad en viajes al Director General de la organización, al Gerente Divisional de Seguridad en Viajes de la división principal y a cualquier otra autoridad competente; así como investigarlos cuando se considere necesario.
Travel Security
English: On behalf of the Managing Director, the jobholder is in charge of Travel Security and is responsible for the following tasks:
English: Prepare personnel for travel through effective training and education.
English: Communicate risk factors to the traveler before and during travel using direct dialogue as well as technology tools.
English: Assess intended travel to High and Extreme risk-rated destinations on a case-by-case basis.
English: Design/adapt the Travel Security Protocol for all travel to High and Extreme risk-rated destinations, as dictated by the security situation.
English: Ensure, as much as possible, data quality regarding:
Contact details recorded in the traveler's profile (email and phone).
Completion of required travel security training.
Activation of the assistance application.
English: Follow the progress of the approval process for travel to High and Extreme risk-rated destinations.
English: Proactively monitor local conditions and provide timely updates to travelers as appropriate.
English: Coordinate the management of security incidents involving travelers.
English: Record and report all travel security incidents to the Managing Director of the organization, the Divisional Travel Security Manager of the leading division, and any other relevant authority; and investigate them when deemed necessary.
Crisis Management
Spanish/English: Act as the primary point of accountability for the optimization and deployment of the Crisis Management Organization (CMO) for all of Airbus in Querétaro.
Spanish/English: Ensure that the local Crisis Management framework is strictly consistent with the company-wide common Crisis Management framework and Airbus methodologies.




Spanish/English: Direct the preparation and resilience of the Crisis Management Team (CMT) to lead effective responses during critical incidents.
Spanish/English: Develop and maintain the Security Emergency Response and Crisis Management Plans.
Spanish/English: Ensure the deployment of Crisis Management preparation activities, leveraging direct support and coordination within the country and the region.
Spanish/English: Lead the CMT in the execution of crisis responses, ensuring all actions are aligned with Airbus Crisis Management methodologies and strategic objectives.
Spanish/English: Implement a continuous improvement cycle for crisis readiness, including regular simulations and stress-testing of the Crisis Management Plans.
Spanish/English: Support and backup the Country Security Manager.
Spanish/English: When needed, act as the deputy and backup for the Country Security Manager in Mexico.
Requirements
Master's Degree in Risk Management, Security Management (Essential)
Certification in CPP (Certified Protection Professional), PSP (Physical Security Professional), ISO31xxx, ISO22xxx, ISO27xxx Certification
5 to 10 years of experience in corporate security, crisis management, intelligence, or law enforcement
5+ years of experience in Site Security Management
LatAm / Mexico Expertise: Extensive experience operating specifically within Mexico, with a deep understanding of local geopolitical risks
Advanced English essential
