What will you do?
Execute daily materials planning and scheduling activities to support production requirements.
Lead warehouse and internal logistics operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and line-side replenishment.
Monitor and manage material shortages, escalations, and recovery plans.
Work closely with Production to adjust priorities based on real-time needs.
Drive inventory control discipline through cycle counts, root-cause analysis of discrepancies, and corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with standard work, process requirements, and EHS expectations on the production floor.
Identify and eliminate waste in the material flow, including excessive movement, delays, and overstock.
Implement and sustain Lean tools such as Kanban, FIFO, 5S, visual management, and standard work.
Support production ramp-ups, engineering changes, and new product launches.
Support manufacturing environments that involve sheet metal fabrication and electrical harness assembly.
Make quick decisions during operational disruptions to protect production continuity.
Lead Kaizen events focused on material flow and warehouse efficiency.
Support kitting and line-side replenishment strategies adapted to manufacturing and harness assembly processes.
How will you do it?
You will stay close to the production floor to anticipate risk, remove obstacles, and keep operations moving for internal customers.
You will own material decisions with accountability, safety, and integrity at the center of every action.
You will use inventory and supply data to solve the root cause, not just the symptom.
You will collaborate continuously with Production, Warehouse, Quality, and other key partners to align priorities in real time.
You will improve the process every day through candid problem-solving, practical action, and strong follow-through.
You will sustain a standard-work and Lean culture by helping the team eliminate waste and stabilize the process.
You will use SAP MM as a core tool to provide visibility, control, and traceability across materials operations.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
More than 5 years of experience in a Materials Manager role, with strong experience in material flow, receiving, replenishment, route creation, and Kanban.
Strong experience working on a production floor.
Hands-on experience with SAP MM.
Knowledge and experience with Lean manufacturing tools such as Kanban, FIFO, and 5S.
Conversational or business-level English.
Availability to work flexible hours.
Understanding of manufacturing processes and electrical harness production.
