Product Specialist – Suspension, Brakes & Shock Absorbers | DRiV
Location: Tlalnepantla, Estado de México (Centrum Park)
Work Model: Hybrid (1 day per week home office)
Are you passionate about the automotive aftermarket and product management? We're looking for a Product Specialist to manage product categories, drive new product launches, and work cross-functionally to ensure our portfolio remains competitive in the market.
What you'll do
- Manage suspension, brake and shock absorber product lines.
- Analyze vehicle parc and identify product coverage opportunities.
- Lead new product launches and portfolio expansion projects.
- Partner with Engineering, Purchasing, Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Supply Chain and Catalog teams.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis.
- Ensure product availability and successful market introduction.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Business, Marketing or related).
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Specialist/Product Manager within the automotive aftermarket.
- Experience with suspension, brakes and/or shock absorbers.
- Advanced English (required).
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills (Power BI is a plus).
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
