This is an entry-level opportunity adecuado for professionals who want to grow their career in finance, accounting, and data analysis within an international environment. In this role, you will support freight payables operations and collaborate closely with logistics, procurement, and finance teams across the United States and Canada to ensure accurate and timely payment processes, strong data integrity, and continuous process improvement.
Because this position works directly with international stakeholders, advanced English (C1 conversational level) is required .

Key Responsibilities
Ensure on-time payment s to freight vendors while meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Maintain the accuracy and integrity of payables dat a for Canada across multiple systems
Support the logistics team with shipment costing and follow-up on outstanding freight vendor item s
Prepare weekly and monthly report s, providing insights on KPIs, analytics, and process improvement opportunities
Investigate and resolve issues related to invoice posting, invoices on hold, and GR/IR processe s, collaborating with the PTP team
Analyze operational data to identify risks, improvement opportunities, and optimization initiative s for the freight payables process
Support testing and validation of SAP updates and change request s related to ERS processes




Track key operational metrics such as Payments on Time, Shipments Costed on Time, Auto-Costed Shipments, and Freight Accrual improvement s
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve discrepancies and align on action plan s related to payables
Work closely with logistics and procurement team s to ensure freight vendors are reconciled and up to date
Support the development and maintenance of freight accrual processe s for carrier groups

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in busine ss, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
1–2 years of experien ce in Accounts Payable, Accounting, Finance, or similar areas
Advanced English (C1 – conversational and written) is mandato ry, as you will work daily with teams in th e United States and Canada
Strong organizational skills and the ability t o manage multiple priorities simultaneous ly
Excellen t communication and problem-solving skil ls
Advanced skills i n Microsoft Exc el and proficiency i n Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoin t)
Experience wit h Power BI or data analytics too ls is a plus.
Knowledge o f SAP or ERP syste ms is an advantage.
