WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:Coordinate internal and external resources for execution of projectsEnsure all projects are delivered timely, within scope, and within budgetLead and facilitate the definition of project scopes, objectives, schedule, and technical requirements to ensure technical and fiscal feasibilityCollaborate with technical and multi-functional teams to facilitate the development of new products and systems using a hybrid agile processEnsure resource availability and allocation for effective project executionSupervise and track project progress and work to ensure successful completion of short and long-term objectivesReport and advance issues and roadblocks to collaborators and management as neededComplete sprint strategy sessions using Jira reports and project assets to guide focus to critical itemsParticipate in development of processes and guidelinesYOU HAVE:Required Bachelor Degree in Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum 3 years of experience in project managementAdvanced EnglishSolid understanding of project management methodologies, including agile and waterfall principles.Proficiency in Jira® project management software and toolsExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong technical curiosity, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Experience in leading new product development projects.Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred.WE HAVE:A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day nVent is a leading integral provider of electrical connection and protection solutions.
