Senior Specialist ICT ERP
Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico
An important automotive industry client is looking for a Senior Specialist ICT ERP to join its global IT team and support critical manufacturing operations.
Experience with Infor LN ERP is mandatory.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands‐on experience providing operational support for Infor LN ERP.
Experience in a general manufacturing or automotive environment.
Strong understanding of ERP business processes, including Logistics, Procurement, Production, Quality, Sales, and Finance.
Basic application development and coding skills.
Knowledge of operating systems, databases, and networking fundamentals.
Customer-focused mindset with strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
Advanced English communication skills (required).




Key Responsibilities
Provide daily support for Infor LN ERP and related applications.
Investigate and resolve incidents, issues, and user requests.
Monitor ERP jobs, interfaces, batches, and system performance.
Manage user access and service requests.
Support ERP-related projects, enhancements, and change requests.
Assist with system maintenance, data management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with global teams, business users, and external service providers.
