, we are looking for experienced, results-driven
B2B Sales Agents
who understand technical products and know how to generate real revenue.
This role is designed for professionals with experience in
electrical distribution, industrial automation, low-voltage components, control panels, OEMs, system integrators, or industrial B2B sales
.

What you will sell
You will work with a strong international portfolio including:
Schneider Electric, Allen Bradley, ABB, Siemens, Phoenix contact, Weidmuller, WAGO
and other leading manufacturers.
What you will do
Build and manage your own B2B sales pipeline
Identify, approach and onboard new clients
Work with electrical wholesalers, OEMs, panel builders, contractors and industrial clients
Drive monthly sales turnover and long-term account growth
Maintain all activity in
HubSpot CRM
Use our B2B platform to check products, pricing and existing customer activity
What we are looking for
Proven experience in
B2B or technical sales
Experience in electrical, automation, industrial or engineering sectors
Existing network in electrical or industrial market = strong advantage




Ability to generate your own pipeline and close deals independently
Strong commercial mindset and results-driven attitude
Fluent English communication skills (mandatory)
Ability to work remotely with full ownership
Compensation
Guaranteed minimum:
USD 500 / month
Commission structure (monthly turnover):
3.5%
up to
USD 200,000
2%
above
USD 200,000
Uncapped earning potential based on performance
