Accounting Coordinator | Confidential Company
We are looking for an experienced
Accounting Coordinator
to join a dynamic and multinational environment. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the integrity of financial information, maintaining compliance with accounting and tax regulations, and supporting strategic decision-making through accurate reporting.
Responsibilities
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring adherence to corporate deadlines
Ensure compliance with IFRS, local accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
Oversee the accuracy and integrity of accounting records within the ERP system
Coordinate and review provisions, depreciation, amortization, account reconciliations, and analyses
Prepare and validate financial statements and support consolidation activities
Partner with FP&A; teams to ensure accurate reporting and financial analysis
Act as the main point of contact for internal and external audits
Drive continuous improvement, automation,



and process optimization across Finance
Lead ERP implementation or migration projects, ensuring data integrity and business continuity
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
7–9 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong experience with ERP systems
Solid knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, internal controls, and audit processes
Proven experience in month-end close, financial statements, and reconciliations
Fluent business English required; French is a plus
Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills
Experience working in multinational environments
Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and leadership skills
