s.Demonstrated experience with PCB and electronic system redesig
n.Experience with component selection, qualification, and sourcing suppor
t.Understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes and design-for-manufacturing principle
s.Experience developing and executing engineering test protocol
s.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on cost optimizatio
n.Ability to work independently while coordinating cross-functional activitie
s.Preferred Qualificatio
nsExperience with power electronics, battery systems, or power-management architecture
s.Familiarity with RF, wireless communication, and Wi-Fi technologie
s.Prior experience leading technical projects or performing light project management responsibilitie
