- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Client relationship handling
- Order management
- Supply chain coordination
- Customer support and experience
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

- Minimum associate's degree; bachelor's degree in business administration, office administration, accounting or sales and marketing preferred
- At least 1- 3 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Computer skills- MS Office; demonstrated intermediate experience in MS Excel
- Required bilingual skills - English/Spanish
- Preferred bilingual skills - Japanese highly preferred
