Qualifications
3–4 years of relevant experience in a bakery or culinary production role within a luxury hotel or upscale environment.
Conversational English proficiency (approximately 50%).
Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Solid organizational and leadership skills, with experience in staff scheduling, training, and team development.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
