Job details We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our sales team and cover the USA and Canada markets. This is a hybrid role combining account management and new business development, requiring both strategic relationship building and a strong commercial drive.
Deliver a white-glove client experience at every stage of the journey




Drive and manage a robust sales pipeline across your region
Gather and relay client feedback to help shape product development and commercial strategy
Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting through CRM tools

Proven track record in B2B sales and/or key account management, ideally in travel, luxury, mobility, or SaaS
Skilled at building trust and influencing stakeholders at all levels
General mindset: Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline
Clear, persuasive, and polished in both written and verbal communication
