Join us as an Industrial Trainer I and play a key role in building a skilled, safety-focused manufacturing workforce.
You'll design impactful training programs, lead hands-on sessions, and drive continuous improvement across our operations.
What will you do?
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs covering industrial processes, equipment operation, and safety standards Manage the Learning Corner, coordinating training resources and leading short interval management activities Assess training effectiveness and continuously enhance materials to maximize learning and performance Collaborate with HR, Methods, and Learning Solutions teams to align training priorities and resolve challenges What are the key skills we are looking for?
Learning Design — intermediate level; creating engaging training modules tailored to manufacturing environments Communication — intermediate level; delivering clear,
impactful training to diverse employee groups Manufacturing Operational Performance — intermediate level; understanding processes to design relevant training content Operational Health and Safety Management — intermediate level; embedding safety best practices into every training session Change Management — intermediate level; supporting employees through process improvements and new technologies Continuous Improvement — developing level; refining training methods based on feedback and performance data Lean Methodology — developing level; integrating lean principles into training to optimize efficiency Digital Literacy — intermediate level; leveraging digital tools to enhance training delivery and engagement What qualifications will make you successful?
Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners across all experience levels Team-oriented approach to collaborate effectively with HR, operations, and technical stakeholders Analytical mindset to evaluate training outcomes and drive continuous improvement Flexibility to adapt quickly in a dynamic manufacturing setting with evolving priorities
