HRBP Manager

About the Opportunity

A leading general manufacturing company is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner Manager to support its manufacturing operations. This position partners closely with business leaders and employees to execute HR initiatives that drive employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, talent development, and operational excellence.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to continue developing their business partnering skills within a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Key Responsibilit

- Partner with functional leaders to support day-to-day HR operations and business objectives
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, organizational policies, and workforce plannies
- Support talent acquisition activities, onboarding, internal movements, and workforce changes.
- Assist in the implementation of talent management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations to improve organizational performance.
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation, company policies, and HR processes.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and help foster a positive workplace culture
- Support organizational change management and continuous improvement projects.
- Collaborate with Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, EHS,



and other HR Centers of Excellence.
- Act as a trusted advisor to supervisors and managers regarding people-related matters

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- General knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR best practices.
- Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, and organizational initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build relationships across multiple organizational levels.
- Intermediate to Advanced English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; TRESS, experience with HRIS or SAP is a plus.

Preferred Experience

- Automotive or high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing culture.
- Experience supporting salaried and hourly populations.
- Participation in organizational development or change management initiatives.
