PLANT MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead the operations of a high-volume automotive manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, ensuring world-class safety and quality standards, and supporting the continued growth of the operation.

Responsibilities

- Lead all manufacturing operations to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People objectives.
- Develop and execute the plant's operational strategy.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing leadership team.
- Ensure compliance with quality systems, environmental, health and safety standards.
- Manage plant financial performance, productivity and operational KPIs.
- Build a culture of accountability, engagement and operational excellence.
- Lead organizational growth while maintaining operational stability.





Mandatory Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in automotive manufacturing.
- Previous experience as a Plant Manager or Senior Operations Manager.
- Experience leading manufacturing operations with 300+ employees.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM and Operational Excellence.
- Experience managing unionized operations.
- Advanced English.
- Availability to work on-site.
