Job Description:

- To supervise and coordinate last-mile DSP logistics operations, ensuring delivery efficiency, customer satisfaction, and achievement of operational goals. Lead a team of delivery drivers and logistics staff, optimizing resources and processes.
- Coordinate daily DSP delivery route planning and dispatch operations.
- Supervise and lead the team of DSP delivery drivers and internal logistics Drivers.
- Ensure compliance with delivery schedules, service quality, and operational standards.
- Monitor DSP team performance using key metrics (KPIs): on-time delivery, incident rates, productivity, etc.
- Handle operational incidents and resolve issues in real time.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Customer Service, Network, Warehouse, IT, and Other OPS to ensure seamless service.
- Oversee inventory control, returns, and related delivery documentation.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Train, motivate,



and evaluate team members and last mile suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and occupational risk prevention protocols.

Job Requirements:

Education:

Technical or university degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 years in a similar role, preferably in last-mile or e-commerce logistics.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in logistics management systems (WMS, TMS, ERP).

Strong command of office software (Excel, Google Workspace).

Knowledge of urban delivery routes and dispatch planning.

Personal Skills:

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Results- and customer-oriented mindset.

Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.

Organizational skills, proactivity, and effective communication.
