As an Oracle professional, you will work with leading clients to deliver transformation initiatives across HCM, with a strong focus on Payroll.Help organizations modernize their payroll capabilities by leveraging Oracle Fusion HCM. You will operate as a hybrid leader, combining functional expertise with hands-on technical execution across integrations and reporting.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirementsAct as the main point of contact for stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Finance, and ITDrive requirements gathering, solution design, testing strategy (SIT/UAT), and post-go-live stabilizationManage and mentor functional and technical team members, ensuring high-quality deliverablesDesign and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs (REST/SOAP),
