Smurfit WestRock is looking for a Sourcing Support professional to join our team. This role is key to ensuring full shipment visibility, timely tracking, and proactive problem‐solving to maintain seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities- Monitor daily shipment status to ensure end-to-end visibility across customer orders.- Work closely with carriers and logistics partners to resolve delays and proactively address delivery issues.- Document and manage delivery exceptions, such as reschedules, shortages, damages, or failed deliveries.- Maintain accurate tracking information in internal systems to support real-time decision-making.- Lead improvement initiatives and present results, KPIs, risks,
