and efficient project execution Support project delivery teams in marine and civil construction activities, including piling, dredging, and quay wall construction Identify risks and implement proactive mitigation measures to enhance safety and operational performance Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive HSSE accountability and continuous improvement across all project phases Minimum 10 years of relevant experience managing and monitoring outsourced supply chains within construction or asset delivery environments Proven experience leading HSSE workstreams in at least two large-scale, complex infrastructure projects, preferably in Mexico Strong technical knowledge of marine and civil construction, including piling, dredging, and quay structures Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to confidently present and communicate to internal and external stakeholders
