PLANT MANAGERWe are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead the operations of a high-volume automotive manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, ensuring world-class safety and quality standards, and supporting the continued growth of the operation.Responsibilities# Lead all manufacturing operations to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People objectives.# Develop and execute the plant's operational strategy.# Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.# Lead, coach and develop a high-performing leadership team.# Ensure compliance with quality systems, environmental, health and safety standards.# Manage plant financial performance, productivity and operational KPIs.# Build a culture of accountability,



engagement and operational excellence.# Lead organizational growth while maintaining operational stability.Mandatory Qualifications# Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.#10+ years of leadership experience in automotive manufacturing.# Previous experience as a Plant Manager or Senior Operations Manager.# Experience leading manufacturing operations with 300+ employees.# Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM and Operational Excellence.# Experience managing unionized operations.# Advanced English.# Availability to work on-site.Preferred Qualifications# Experience supporting plant expansion or organizational growth.# Strong financial and business acumen.# Proven track record developing leaders and succession plans.# Experience leading change and transformation initiatives.
