Responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of maintenance staff.Principal Responsibilities- Develop the maintenance program for preventive and predictive maintenance.- Troubleshooting equipment failures and create an action plan.- Create and implement analysis to minimize breakdown and repairs.- Lead the execution of failure analysis using the company ́s methods.- Train new maintenance employees and implement maintenance processes and procedures.- Create a work environment with safety and health.- Record and track daily / weekly equipment downtime.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in electronics and/or automation is required.- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance.- Ability to manage maintenance technicians.- Good problems solving skills and results oriented.- English 50%.- Computer skills: Basics Studio 5000, RS-logix 500, Siemens TIA, CCW AB, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
