Your potential is our inspiration.Where You'll Make a Difference- Lead and coordinate the Plant Cost Analysis team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, financial objectives, and operational priorities.- Develop, coach, and mentor team members, fostering technical expertise, professional growth, and career development.- Oversee plant cost analysis activities, including product cost validation, cost forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis (POV, PPV, CCV).- Collaborate with Plant Cost Analysts, Supply Chain, Integrated Operations, and business stakeholders to support informed decision-making.- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations to improve plant performance and cost efficiency.- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, regulatory requirements, and internal and external audit standards.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, promoting process optimization, standardization, and operational excellence across the team that drives productivity.- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders by delivering high-quality service and resolving operational challenges effectively.- Support workforce planning, talent development,
and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen organizational capabilities and ensure a sustainable talent pipeline.What Makes You the Right Fit- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.- +7 years of experience in finance, cost accounting, manufacturing finance, plant controlling, or a related analytical function.- Experience leading and developing teams, with 2–4 years of people management experience preferred.- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.- Strong knowledge of plant cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, product costing, and financial performance management.- Strong knowledge of SAP and financial systems, including reporting, cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes.- Experience partnering with manufacturing operations, supply chain, and other cross-functional stakeholders.- Strong assertive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.- Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, manage multiple priorities, make sound decisions, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.How Would You Stand Out?- Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Process Improvement, or Project Management Office (PMO) methodologies.- Demonstrated success leading continuous improvement initiatives and driving operational efficiencies.- Proven experience leading and developing teams of +15 employees in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Why Choose Us?- Opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing regional finance team.- Exposure to global manufacturing, supply chain, and business operations.- Career growth opportunities within a diverse and international organization.- Collaborative and inclusive work environment focused on continuous learning.- Competitive compensation and benefits package.- Opportunity to make a direct impact on operational performance and business results.
