Lighting, furniture, and jewelry design and manufacturing company seeking expansion is looking for: Account ExecutivePosition Objective:- Provide personalized, clear, and timely service to IM-PG clients through various contact channels, efficiently resolving inquiries, requests, and consultations while ensuring a positive experience in every interaction.Main Responsibilities:- Meet sales targets (monthly and by brand)- Maintain a steady flow of prospects and opportunities- Convert leads into clients- Provide professional, clear, and timely service to clients and the work team- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire process- Keep the client and order database updated and organized- Ensure orders are processed correctly, from sale to delivery- Verify that order details are accurate- Keep clients informed about the status of their orders- Validate final payments and confirm details before shipping orders- Prepare quotes and invoicing (QB)- Follow commercial and operational guidelinesPosition Profile:- Completed or incomplete degree in Interior Design, Industrial Design,
