This candidate will be working with MHE systems (conveyors, AS/RS, robotics, sortation, and associated industrial automation technologies), including HMIs, WES/WCS platforms, and customer host interfaces. OR 10 + years of equivalent engineering experience.- 5+ years PLC programming experience (Rockwell preferred; Siemens/others a plus).- Strong understanding of industrial networking (EtherNet/IP, DeviceNet, ControlNet, Profinet, etc.).- Experience with conveyor and MHE control systems, safety PLCs, and machine automation.- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, panel layouts, and system diagrams.- Prior experience defining and working with software/PLC interfaces.- Familiarity with SCADA/HMI platforms (Ignition, FactoryTalk View preferred).- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex controls issues efficiently.- Strong communication and documentation skills.- Ability to lead technical conversations with customers and cross-functional teams.- Capable of managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.12.Comfortable mentoring and guiding engineers.13.Experience with Daifuku, Dematic, Hytrol, and Pulse Roller MDR or Motor Driven Roller Conveyors14.
