About the Role. We are a US-based carrier focused on power-only freight and strong revenue performance. We're hiring experienced freight dispatchers based in Mexico to manage and grow our US trucking operations. This is a long-term opportunity with strong earning potential for dispatchers who already understand the US trucking industry and can work independently, communicate professionally, and keep trucks moving profitably every day.

Position Details:

- Remote (candidates must be based in Mexico)(non citizens of the US and non residents of the US)
- Full-time, Monday–Friday 7am-5pm
- US Central Time schedule (07:00–17:00 CST)
- Independent contractor (W-8BEN required); no benefits included
- Must have high speed inter

What You'll Do:

- Dispatch trucks across the US, planning routes that minimize deadhead/empty miles
- Source and book profitable freight using DAT, Truckstop, and direct broker/shipper contacts
- Negotiate rates and accessorials (detention, layover, etc.)
- Build dedicated lanes and long-term broker relationships to maximize weekly truck revenue
- Communicate with drivers throughout the day — pickup/delivery instructions, HOS monitoring, and problem-solving around delays, breakdowns, or weather
- Track every load from pickup through delivery, keeping the TMS and paperwork up to date
- Coordinate with Safety, Maintenance, and Accounting as needed

Requirements:





- Minimum 2 years of US freight dispatch experience
- Strong written and spoken English
- Experience using DAT and Truckstop (or similar load boards)
- Working knowledge of FMCSA and Hours of Service (HOS) regulations
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and solve problems under pressure
- Reliable high-speed internet and a professional, quiet remote workspace

Preferred Experience:

- Power-only dispatch
- Dry van operations
- Managing multiple trucks simultaneously
- Dedicated lane development
- Experience with TMS software
- Existing broker relationships

Compensation:

- MX$17,543.79 – MX$35,087.58 per month, based on experience (base + performance-based commission) — equivalent to approximately $850–$2,000 USD/month
- Weekly bonus opportunities tied to truck revenue, on-time performance, and driver retention
- Top-performing dispatchers can earn up to $2,000 USD/month
