Job Objective:
Lead the industrialization and optimization of manufacturing processes for automotive leather production, ensuring efficient product transfers, robust process capability, and continuous improvement across Pangea plants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead product transfers and manufacturing process industrialization.
- Design and optimize production processes and manufacturing layouts.
- Design and coordinate tooling development and procurement.
- Perform plant capacity analysis and develop capacity standards.
- Validate tooling, machinery, and manufacturing processes before production release.
- Analyze and optimize material flow to improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Develop capable manufacturing processes (Ppk / Cpk).
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, cycle time reduction, and cost optimization.
- Support internal and external corrective actions to improve process performance and customer satisfaction.




- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with safety standards.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Experience with AutoCAD.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Experience with capacity calculations and manufacturing standards.
- Strong knowledge of automotive leather manufacturing processes, including Finishing, Retan, and Cutting.
- Experience leading industrialization, product transfers, and project management activities.
- Process analysis and continuous improvement experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication with Engineering and Maintenance teams across multiple plants.
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver results on time.
