Project Manager — Marketing Agency Client Delivery (Fully Remote, Excellent English)

About us and the role

We are Volt Studios, a women-led growth agency (Austin + Mexico City) serving US clients across PPC, creative, content, and web. We're hiring a Project Manager to own client delivery — someone who runs projects tightly AND understands marketing well enough to add real value in the room. This is not a notetaker role. In client meetings you'll ask smart questions, flag what's off, and represent the work credibly.

How staffing works

This is a contract role staffed by project — you're assigned accounts with a monthly hour allocation for each, and you're paid for every allocated hour. Your book grows with your performance: we have more work than hands right now, and our strong PMs build a full portfolio quickly. How fast that happens is largely up to you.

What you'll own

- Delivery on your assigned projects: every client promise has a task, an owner, a date, and proof it shipped — tracked in ClickUp, reflecting reality at all times
- Client-facing status updates in flawless written English
- Active participation in client meetings: you understand the campaigns well enough to ask good questions and catch problems early
- Raising risk internally, early and without drama, when a deadline is in danger

What we're looking for

- 3+ years managing client delivery at a marketing or creative agency
- Real marketing literacy: you know what ROAS, CPA, retainers,



and creative rounds are — and you are curious to learn
- Written and spoken English is nearly indistinguishable from a US colleague. Our clients should never wonder if you are understanding or there is a language barrier.
- Insanely organized, with obsessive attention to detail. Nothing slips: no missed deadline, no stale ClickUp task, no email that goes out with a typo. If small errors don't genuinely bother you, this isn't your role.
- Deadlines are commitments — yours and everyone else's — and you track them without being reminded
- Highly communicative
- So we know you read carefully: begin your first written answer with the word "voltage."
- Direct, warm, calm under pressure — able to hold senior teammates accountable

Schedule: Monday to Friday, availability during 9 – 5 US Central
