At The Red Tree House, hospitality is more than checking guests in, it’s about creating unforgettable experiences and making every guest feel at home from the moment they arrive. Nestled in the heart of Condesa, we’re known for our warm atmosphere, beautiful spaces, and exceptional personalized service.

We’re looking for an energetic, personable, and resourceful Front Desk Associate who loves meeting people from around the world, thrives in a dynamic environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding hospitality.

Schedule

- Sunday & Monday: 7 AM to 3 PM
- Wednesday - Thursday & Friday: 3 PM to 11 PM
- 2 Days Off: Tuesdays & Saturdays
- Additional availability to cover vacations is highly appreciated.

What You’ll Do

- Welcome guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
- Provide seamless check-ins and check-outs while processing payments accurately.
- Respond to guest inquiries in person, by phone, and via email with professionalism and care.
- Manage reservations and booking details with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure every stay exceeds expectations.
- Think on your feet to resolve guest concerns with confidence, empathy, and creativity.
- Keep the front desk organized, inviting, and running smoothly.
- Support the team with daily operations and contribute wherever needed.





We’re Looking For Someone Who

- Speaks fluent English (required).
- Has a naturally friendly, welcoming personality and enjoys connecting with people from different cultures.
- Is a confident problem solver who stays calm under pressure and finds solutions with a positive attitude.
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
- Can multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Is comfortable using computers and reservation systems.
- Takes initiative, works independently, and is always willing to help teammates.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Brings positive energy, curiosity, and a genuine passion for hospitality every day.

Bonus assets If You Have

- Previous experience in hospitality.
- Flexibility to cover additional shifts when needed.
