Video Editing & Content Support Assistant (Remote – LATAM) | Turn Raw Footage Into Scroll-Stopping Content

Compensation: Up to $1,250 USD/month (depending on experience)

Not just someone who can cut a clean video — someone who owns the whole pipeline, hits deadlines, sends the end-of-day update before it's asked for, and flags a problem early instead of going quiet. If you treat a creator's content like it's your own, keep reading.

We're looking for a Video Editing & Content Support Assistant to partner directly with a content creator on short-form and long-form video. Your job is to keep the content engine running: edit at a high level, stay organized, and communicate like a true partner — not just a task-taker.

What you'll do

- Edit short-form and long-form videos in DaVinci Resolve
- Manage video files, edits, revisions, and content organization
- Maintain a consistent production schedule and hit deadlines
- Send daily updates and end-of-day reports — progress, completed tasks, and blockers




- Communicate proactively about delays, questions, or challenges
- Help improve editing workflows and spot efficiency opportunities
- Take full ownership of projects and follow through without constant check-ins

What we're looking for

- Strong, demonstrable experience with DaVinci Resolve (not just Premiere or Final Cut)
- Comfortable working with large video files (50GB+) without workflow slowdowns
- 512GB / 1TB SSD storage (internal or external) — this is a hard technical requirement
- Reliable high-speed internet
- C1 or fully bilingual English — clear, professional communication
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and self-reporting habits
- A proactive partner who manages projects independently

Nice to have

- Short-form storytelling / SFVC experience with a clear hook-to-payoff structure
- Experience following brand SOPs (caption styles, EQ/color settings)
- A reel showing edits you carried start to finish
