We are a manufacturing company with over 30 years of experience in the market, and we would like to add a project manager to our team.

This Regional position extends beyond project administration and coordination, requiring technical expertise, hands-on execution experience, and strong decision-making skills to ensure projects are properly engineered, effectively supervised, risk-assessed, technically validated, and fully prepared for successful startup and execution.

Responsibilities

- Participate from the early stages in defining the technical scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria, risks, and business requirements.
- Ensure the development or contracting of conceptual, basic, or detailed engineering according to the complexity and criticality of the project.
- Validate technical specifications, layouts, drawings, bills of quantities, construction bases, installation criteria, and required deliverables.




- Lead or provide technical support for the execution of relevant projects.
- Provide technical and methodological guidance to local project managers to strengthen the discipline of CAPEX project management.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience. desiderable: Certification in Project Management (PMI or similar)
- 10 years' of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager in manufacturing companies.
- Decision-making capacity, Autonomy and security, Audacity and solvency
