Business Development Manager – LATAM (Crypto Exchange)
A fast-growing global cryptocurrency exchange is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive user acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth across Latin America and beyond. Built by experienced leaders in crypto, finance, and tech, the company is focused on delivering a secure, transparent, and scalable trading experience while expanding its footprint in key general markets.
Develop and close new business opportunities to grow users and trading volumes
Build and maintain relationships with partners, affiliates, influencers, and regional stakeholders
Conduct due diligence to ensure compliance and strategic alignment
Support acquisition and management of institutional and high-net-worth clients
Analyse performance metrics to ensure growth targets and ROI are met
3+ years in business development, partnerships, or growth (fintech, financial services, or crypto preferred)
~ Fluency in Spanish and English
~ Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
