Position Description The QA Engineer will be part of our engineering team and work alongside Product and DevOps in supporting and maintaining our Software-as-a-Service platform along with the following tasks: Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test strategies for new and existing products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, and designers) to understand requirements and define quality goals. Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution using Azure Devops. Participate in deployments as needed Communicating test results and status reports in an agile environment Required Qualifications 3+ years applicable experience in QA Support for a Software-as-a-Service platform.



Skills & Experience Validating the web applications and backend systems meet requirements and design specifications Reviewing functional business requirements and design specifications to ensure understanding of deliverables such as test strategy, test plans and test cases Developing, documenting, and maintaining test cases and other test artifacts like test data Well versed in SQL & API testing with tools like postman Executing and evaluating manual or automated test cases and report test results Publishing and communicating test results and test plan statuses using established processes Working closely/collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Dev, Management, Operations) Providing estimates for test efforts Strong communication skills; discussing complex technical concepts to engineers and non-engineers Experience with Git version control system Agile software development principles
