The Mission (What you’ll do) Pipeline Ownership: Master the outbound process, prospecting, and qualifying high-value B2B international accounts. Portfolio Equity: Build, nurture, and retain your own B2B client portfolio through systematic, high-impact telephone follow-ups. Metrics That Matter: Meet daily outbound activity benchmarks and smash monthly revenue targets using our CRM. Who You Are (Requirements) The Communicator: Fluent English (C1 level) is mandatory. You will be pitching to global clients over the phone every single day. The Veteran: 3+ years of verifiable experience in high-volume B2B outbound telesales or cold calling. Resilient Mindset: Rejection doesn't phase you. You possess sharp objection-handling skills and high emotional intelligence. Education: University degree (completed or in progress).
