We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead the overall performance of a manufacturing facility in Celaya, Guanajuato. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and people development while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

- Lead all plant operations to achieve business and operational objectives.- Drive performance in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.- Develop and execute strategies to improve operational efficiency.- Lead, coach, and develop the plant leadership team.- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.- Manage plant budgets, KPIs,



and resource planning.- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations.- 5+ years in a Plant Manager or senior manufacturing leadership role.- Experience leading large manufacturing teams and driving operational improvements.- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Quality, Safety, and Cost Management.- Advanced English.
