Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in Embedded Software Testing or SDET roles.- Strong programming and scripting skills in Python.- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated test frameworks using Pytest.- Solid experience working in Linux environments, including command line and shell scripting.- Experience testing embedded systems, firmware, or hardware/software integrated products.- Knowledge of communication protocols such as UART, CAN, USB, Ethernet, or SPI/I2C is a plus.- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.- Strong debugging, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.- Intermediate to Advanced English level.





Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for embedded software using Python and Pytest.- Execute functional, regression, integration, and system-level testing on embedded Linux platforms.- Develop and maintain automation frameworks to improve test coverage and execution efficiency.- Analyze test results, investigate failures, identify root causes, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.- Work with Linux-based systems, including scripting, log analysis, and debugging.- Validate firmware functionality on embedded hardware and support hardware/software integration testing.- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.- Collaborate with development, QA, and system engineering teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.- Create and maintain test documentation, automation scripts, and test reports.- Continuously improve test processes, automation coverage, and overall product quality.
