What will you do?

- Support the end-to-end recruitment process for operational roles (operators, technicians, etc.).- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.- Manage job postings and candidate pipelines in recruitment systems.- Support mass hiring events and hiring campaigns (including job fairs)- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.- Monitor recruitment KPIs (time to fill, pipeline health) and provide updates.- Collaborate closely with HRBP, Hiring Managers, and Talent Acquisition teams.

- You will report to the HR Manager and work closely with:- Hiring Managers (Operations)- HR and Training teams

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

- Availability to work part-time/full-time as per internship requirements.- Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.- Basic knowledge of HR concepts is a plus.- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint preferred).- Strong communication skills- Availability to work 100% onsite.- Availability to work from 7 a.m. - 2 p.m. or 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.- Graduation date mid-2027.
