Role Summary:
Responsible for overseeing plant financial operations, cost management, and performance analysis to support business decisions and improve profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage plant budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.- Monitor and control manufacturing costs (materials, labor, overhead).- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management.- Partner with operations to improve cost efficiency and productivity.- Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls.- Support month-end closing and reporting activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting (CA/CMA preferred).- 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing finance.- Strong knowledge of cost accounting and plant operations.- Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.- Good analytical and communication skills.
