Responsible for implementing a Continuous Improvement culture across all employees, conducting Six Sigma (SS) projects, Lean Manufacturing projects, and Kaizen projects to solve problems and improve safety, ergonomics, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities:

- Lead Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing projects.- Participate in cost reduction opportunities across all processes.- Empower cross-functional teams.- Manage and lead the BBP and SP systems, sharing new improvement ideas.- Coach individuals for continuous improvement tool certifications.- Using standard tracking systems, drive project performance and ensure timely completion and achievement of product/process quality and cost savings goals.- Manage and lead the YFIMS system.- Assist in collecting YFIMS assessment data. Collaborate with the MC Manager to improve Lean-related metrics, including those in monthly reports. • Coordinate Kaizen workshops for cost reductions, process improvements, 5S,



and material flow improvements.- Ensure product quality and activate the response plan when production stoppages occur due to quality defects.- Control and manage IOS documentation.- Ensure, implement, and maintain local documentation for compliance with international, integral, and regional quality system requirements, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems based on OHSAS 18001:2007, Environmental Management System based on ISO 14001, etc., as well as specific customer and other regulatory requirements.- Ensure specific requirements are met to achieve customer satisfaction under the CCC/CQC standard.- Notify CQC-certified products of changes to Quality Systems.- Ensure product integrity according to the established process.

Qualifications

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience with continuous improvement projects.- Minimum 3-5 years of experience within the automotive industry.- Six Sigma- Black Belt- Lean methodology- Kanban- Understanding manufacturing principles, including processes, information, and material flow.
