This role will focus on developing, optimizing, and sustaining manufacturing processes for electronic assemblies while driving operational excellence, product quality, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Product Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations teams to ensure stable, efficient, and scalable production processes.ResponsibilitiesDesign, validate, and maintain manufacturing tooling, fixtures, and process documentation.Support new product introductions (NPI), equipment validation, and process qualification activities.Develop and maintain manufacturing work instructions, process standards, PFMEAs, and control plans.Collaborate with Quality Engineering to investigate customer and internal quality issues.Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives focused on waste reduction, cycle time optimization, and operational efficiency.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering,



Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline.Minimum 8–10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or PCBA production environments.Strong knowledge of:Surface Mount Technology (SMT)Wave SolderingSelective SolderingThrough-hole AssemblyManual Soldering ProcessesExperience supporting high-volume manufacturing operations.Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards.Experience with process validation, SPC, PFMEA, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, and statistical data analysis.Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.Experience working with manufacturing fixtures, tooling, and process optimization.Ability to analyze technical problems and implement sustainable solutions.
