~ Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience~ Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the requirements of the role and the profile of the adecuado candidate~ Assist in the preparation of job descriptions, job postings, and other recruitment materials~ Post job openings on internal and external job boards as directed~ Organize and attend job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other outreach efforts to source candidates~ Manage and update company career pages on various platforms~ Compile and report on recruitment metrics to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruiting process~ Follow-ups with the TA team in regard to background checks and pre-employment screenings~ Stay up-to-date with the latest recruiting trends and best practices~ Assist with special projects and other HR or recruiting-related duties as assigned Required Qualifications:~1-2 years of experience in a Recruiting/HR coordinator or Administrative roles~ Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail~ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills~ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion~ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)~ Proactive problem solver with a team-oriented mindset~ Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment~ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are essential~ Strong communication skills in both verbal and written~ Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
