Responsibilities- Process bi-weekly payroll for multiple U.S. locations.- Ensure payroll transactions are completed accurately and within established deadlines.- Process payroll transactions related to new hires, terminations, pay rate changes, transfers, bonuses, and deductions.- Maintain employee payroll records, tax forms, direct deposit authorizations, and related documentation.- Support payroll corrections, off-cycle payments, retroactive adjustments, and final paychecks.- Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding pay, taxes, deductions, and timekeeping issues.- Assist with garnishments, benefit deductions, retirement contributions, and other payroll withholdings.- Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local U.S. wage and hour regulations.- Support year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation and distribution.- Generate payroll reports for management and accounting teams.- Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and employee information.- Assist with payroll audits and special projects as needed.Requirements- Education- Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.- Required Experience- Minimum of 3 years of experience processing U.S.
payroll (required).- Experience processing payroll for multiple locations and/or multiple states.- Experience with payroll and timekeeping systems.- Experience supporting U.S.-based operations.- Experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) is highly preferred.- Experience in healthcare, senior living, or service-based industries is a plus.- Advanced English proficiency is required, as the role involves daily interaction with U.S.-based manager and stakeholders.- Open to work on a Hybrid Scheme at Colonia Providencia in Guadalajara, Jalisco- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities- Strong understanding of U.S. payroll practices and wage and hour regulations.- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Certifications & Qualifications- Associate degree in Accounting- Associate degree in Business Administration- Associate degree in Finance#J-18808-Ljbffr
