and databasesPrepare quotations and commercial documentation in accordance with company policies and pricing guidelinesGenerate reports and support KPI monitoring related to customer service performanceSupport quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives related to customer service processesEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction while promoting a culture of responsiveness and service excellenceWhat We're Looking ForDegree in International Business, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrevious experience in Customer Service, Sales Administration, Order Management, or a similar roleExperience working with ERP and CRM systemsIntermediate Microsoft Office skillsEnglish proficiency and the ability to communicate with international customersStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsCustomer-oriented mindset with a proactive and collaborative approachAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
