Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional or student in their final semesters of a bachelor's degree to join our team in Mexico City.





The Corporate Services Intern will be responsible for providing support to the Office Administrator and will join the back-office team to bring admin services to different line businesses at Hartree in Mexico, including Consulting, IT, finance, M&B-office;, and others.

Key Accountabilities

- Support to the office administrator with day-to-day operations and other tasks as required.
- Receive, review and submit vendor invoices for payment, ensuring these are paid on time in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Keep record of company’s credit card expenses, issue invoices and send expense reports.
- Handle office inventory, procurement, and equipment control to guarantee accurate billing.
- Review employee expense reports to ensure they align with our T&E; and FCPA policies.
- Provide administrative support to the office by answering phones, organizing files, and maintaining up-to-date supplies.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and expense reporting as well as tracking files.
- Assist with internal communications, scheduling, and document management.
- Support the accounting area with the monthly bookkeeping.

Skills and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related fields.
- A high grade-point average is expected.
- Strong analytical, quantitative and communication skills.
- Spanish and English fluency (C1).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,



Power

Point)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Vendor management.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential information

Preferred Requirements

- SAP Concur.
- MySuite or other Mexican invoicing software.
- Proficient in excel is a plus.
- Handle and prioritize multiple tasks at the same time.
