and improve engineering velocityLead and mentor a team of 2-3 engineersWork directly with the founders on product and strategyWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORMinimum 3 years of software engineering experienceStartup experience or a proven startup mentalityExperience leading at least 2-3 engineersDemonstrable experience building and shipping AI agentsStrong ownership, execution speed, product intuition, and low egoOur current stack includes React, Ruby on Rails, NestJS, PostgreSQL, Docker, and AWS. Ideal experience with microservices. The technology is versátil. You will help determine how the stack evolves.This role is designed for an ambitious, hands-on builder.
